This year at Cary’s Booth Amphitheater, you will find classic Raleigh fall activities at the Triangle Oktoberfest. Get transported to Germany with this traditional event that will occur rain or shine! General parking is free and located near the event.
You can save time and buy your tickets online or at the box office when you arrive. There are over 40 beers on tap for the adults and authentic German food, Prost (cheers)! There is a free kid zone with face painting, yard games, arts and crafts, and a scavenger hunt.
Naylor Family Farm
At Naylor Family Farm and Giant Maze, you will experience the best in Raleigh fall activities. Keep your family engaged with hayrides, slides, pedal karts, farm animals, and other activities. It is strongly encouraged to buy your tickets online to reserve your entry. Spaces are limited, and they cannot guarantee tickets at the gate.
Pick out a free pumpkin with each ticket purchased. Parking is free near the farm. Food is available for purchase, or pack a picnic to enjoy at the farm.
Phillips Farm
Phillips is a real working farm in Raleigh with fall activities like a corn maze, pumpkin patch, and more. Take a ride in their wagon to learn more about the farm and how it operates.
Are you looking for a Halloween event? Visit their Halloween farm at night for a spooky adventure. Unfortunately, they don’t allow outside food, but you can purchase some at the farm. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time online or in person at the gate.
NC State Fair
The NC. State Fair resides on the Fairgrounds with free on-site parking and shuttle. You can purchase entry tickets online or at the gate, and you can also purchase additional passes for rides and events online before entry or in person. This event is open, rain or shine; plan accordingly. A clear bag policy will be in place for this event for safety and security.
You can bring outside food and drinks into the fair or purchase on-site.
